Jordyn Schwerin is a Senior Program Manager on the Kinetiq Health team, where she collaborates with colleagues and wellness vendors to design and implement impactful health and wellness initiatives for clients. In her role, Jordyn uses data analytics to uncover key insights and identify opportunities to improve care quality and reduce healthcare costs. She partners with employers to implement thoughtful, tailored programs that meet their specific needs and support the well-being of their employees.

Before joining Kinetiq Health, Jordyn spent seven years working in various inpatient units at a local Level I Trauma Center, including critical care and postoperative care. As a registered nurse, she witnessed firsthand the challenges patients face in navigating the healthcare system. This fuels her passion for patient advocacy and her commitment to helping employers and their employees engage with healthcare in a more confident, less stressful way.

Jordyn lives in Pittsboro with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family—usually centered around good food, embracing the craziness as a football coach’s wife, leading worship at her church, or relaxing with a favorite TV show.
