Andrew Ference serves as a program manager based out of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. In this role, Andrew works to design, manage, and enhance clinical and wellness programs that help organizations improve employee health outcomes and overall well-being.

As an Exercise Physiologist, Andrew has spent the past few years working in both clinical and corporate wellness environments, developing functional fitness programs, leading preventive health initiatives, and supporting individuals in achieving sustainable lifestyle changes. Andrew is passionate about bridging the gap between healthcare and everyday wellness, and is looking forward to bringing that same energy and expertise to this new chapter.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys staying active, spending time with family, and getting outdoors whenever Andrew can. Andrew’s passion is to continue to make a positive impact through health and wellness.
